Refund Policy
Moore Integrative Massage

Moore Integrative Massage is committed to delivering a professional, high-quality mobile massage experience. Because services are performed at the client’s location and require travel, preparation, and reserved appointment time, the following refund policy applies.
1. Service Refunds
Massage therapy services are considered rendered once the session has begun. Due to the nature of professional bodywork services, refunds are generally not issued after a session has been completed.
However, client satisfaction is important. If a concern arises during the session, clients are encouraged to communicate immediately so adjustments can be made to pressure, technique, or focus areas.
2. First 15-Minute Satisfaction Option
If a client is not satisfied with the session, they may request to end the service within the first 10 minutes of the appointment.
In this case:
• The session will end immediately
• A $50 travel and setup fee will apply
• The remaining session fee will be refunded if prepayment was made
This policy exists to respect both the client’s experience and the therapist’s travel and preparation time.
3. Cancellations
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session with no penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.
4. No-Show Policy
If a client is not present at the scheduled appointment location or fails to respond within 10 minutes of arrival, the appointment may be considered a no-show.
No-show appointments may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service fee.
5. Late Arrivals
If the therapist arrives at the scheduled time but access to the location is delayed, the session time may be shortened in order to maintain the schedule.
Full service charges still apply.
6. Travel Considerations
Moore Integrative Massage provides mobile massage services at the client’s location, which requires travel, equipment setup, and scheduling preparation.
For this reason:
• Travel time
• Equipment transport
• Reserved appointment slots
are factored into pricing and refund policies.
7. Illness or Safety Concerns
Services may be declined or terminated if:
• A client appears ill or contagious
• The environment is unsafe
• Inappropriate behavior occurs
In these cases, the therapist reserves the right to end the session and charge the applicable service fee.
8. Payment Disputes
By booking a session, clients agree to the refund and cancellation policies listed above.
Any payment disputes should be addressed directly with Moore Integrative Massage before contacting a payment processor or financial institution.
