  Service Policies & Conditions

 

To maintain a professional, high-quality mobile service experience, the following policies apply to all appointments booked with Moore Integrative Mobile Massage.

 

 Appointment Scheduling

 

Appointments are scheduled in advance and confirmed prior to arrival. As a mobile service, travel time and preparation are built into every booking. Please ensure the address and contact information provided are accurate.

 

Clients should have a clean, quiet space available for the massage setup that can comfortably accommodate a professional massage table.

 Mobile Service Setup

     Moore Integrative Massage provides a complete mobile setup including:

  • Professional massage table

  • Bolsters and supportive positioning pillows

  • Clean linens and blankets

  • Professional draping materials

  • Oils and therapeutic supplies

The therapist arrives fully prepared to transform your space into a clean and professional treatment environment.

 

  Arrival & Session Time

 

Please allow a few minutes for professional setup and intake before the session begins. Session time begins at the scheduled appointment time unless otherwise discussed.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect scheduling commitments.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Because this is a mobile service that requires travel, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Clients may cancel within the first 15 minutes of the therapist’s arrival if they choose not to proceed with the session.

  • In this situation, a $50 travel and time fee will be charged.

This fee covers travel, fuel, preparation, and reserved appointment time.

Cancellations made after the session has begun will be charged the full session rate.

 

Client Health & Safety

 

Clients are responsible for informing the therapist of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations prior to the session.

Massage services are not a substitute for medical care. If you are under the care of a physician or medical professional, consultation may be recommended before receiving massage therapy.

 

Professional Conduct

 

Moore Integrative Massage maintains strict professional and ethical standards.

  • Professional draping is used at all times.

  • Only the area being worked on will be exposed.

  • Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and full payment will still be required.

 

Respectful communication and a professional environment are required for all appointments.

 

Payment

 

Payment is due at the completion of the session unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods may include cash, electronic payment, or approved mobile payment platforms.

Service Area

 

Moore Integrative Mobile Massage provides on-site massage services delivered directly to your location, including homes, offices, private residences, and select accommodations.

Travel outside the primary service area may include an additional travel fee.

 

Agreement

 

Booking an appointment with Moore Integrative Mobile Massage indicates that you understand and agree to these policies and conditions.

These policies ensure a professional, respectful, and high-quality experience for every client.
